Machine Performances
● Every machine unit independent servo motor drive, all vacuum suction blank transmission to ensure ±0.15mm registration accuracy;
● 50-133Lpi printing with the features of leading doctor blade system, ink supply/recirculation and impression setting systems;
● Order change handling, the common used orders can be changed quickly for easy operation;
● Network management, remote maintenance function can be chosen according to requirements if connected into internet;
● Special dusting system with static elimination device and 8-row dusting brushes and forceful suction system; the dust removal will be even better if equipped with picking cylinder tech;
● All main transmission gears work precisely, which is make with quality steel alloy and treated with carburizing, quenching and grinding to let gearing in high accuracy, good abrasion-proof and stable in performance;
● 95% bearings are Japanese THK、NSK、NTN imported;
● Concentrated dusting and noise reduction channel, and pulse bag-filters can be equipped in line with the requirements.
1. Feeder (1 unit )
● Separate servo motor drive to guarantee more accuracy and little abrasion if Japanese paper transmission reducer is equipped;
● Front edge wheel feeder driven by servo motor;
● Continuous or skip feeding can be available;
● Static removal device can be installed for option to remove the dust particles hardly to be cleared due to static.
2.Dusting Unit (1 unit; independent servo motor drive)
● Dusting device is installed after the feeder to guarantee quality of high DPL and large area solid printings;
● Special 8-row dusting brushes to remove dust;
● 2 group forceful suction fans to remove the dust brushed out completely;
● Pick roller to pick the remained tiny dust particles on its roller surface to secure no defects on solid printing to reduce machine stop for plate wiping;
3.Printer (6 units)
● Every unit is of independent servo drive without accumulated errors in gearing to realize printing and impression operation synchronously to obtain more distinct pictures with features of simple design and easy maintenance;
● Wheel feeder with vacuum suction for smooth printing even the warp and thin blanks fed;
● Plate roller skew correction device is able to align the inclined printing easily due to incorrect plate attachment;
● Precise setting system to regulate the gaps of both impression and ink supply;
●±0.15mm printing registration accuracy;
● Enclosed dual doctor blade system, matched with ceramic anilox roller and ink supply/circulation device to enhance the quality of single color or multiple color printing and overlapping printing;
● Dual roller ink supply system -- two sets of anilox rollers and inking systems of different DPL in the same printer, just one key changeover done for the printing on both coated board and linerboard of unlike DPL;
● Dual membrane pumps ink supply system ensures quick inking supply/circulation;
● Every printing unit can be installed with hot-wind dry IR heating system from Swiss.
4.Varnisher (1 unit)
● Varnisher is same as printer unit, the water based varnishing oil or UV varnishing oil can be chosen in line with the needs.
5.Dryer (1 unit)
● Driven by servo motor to ensure high accurate blank transmission;
● IR drier system;
● IR heating system is able to guarantee stable and quick temp rise and every heating power unit is 36kw;
● Constant Temperature control of sectional heating to save heating power;
● Temp alarm, when it reaches the limit, it emits alarm automatically for safety and reliability of the machine;
● Pneumatic turnover system and special quick-changeover IR connector for easy service.
6.Dryer (2 units)
● Servo motors drive to secure high accuracy;
●Vacuum suction blank transmission to facilitate stable and correct paper conveyance;
● IR and UV heating systems to facilitate flexo varnishing or UV oils application;
7.Die cutter (1 unit)
● Independent servo motor drive;
● All gaps controlled electrically and the setting value is indicated on touch screen; automatic positioning is done on human-machine interface;
● Phase control and adjustment is done with servo motors directly;
● Phases of printing, slotting and diecutting are controlled concentratively, and it can also be set during machine running;
● Diecutter cylinder (bottom cylinder) is made with quality material and processed precisely and its surface is chromed;
● Diecutter cylinder (bottom cylinder) is first dynamically and then statically tested to secure stable running;
● Diecutter cylinder (bottom cylinder) moves electrically at ±10mm (r/l) laterally, and the positioning can be set automatically on human-machine interface;
● Diecutting cylinders axial movement is set (r/l) electrically at±10mm, the set value is indicated on touch screen to facilitate the plate alignment;
● Anvil cylinder (top cylinder) is made with quality steel and its surface is ground and chromed for durability;
● Anvil cylinder (top cylinder) is first dynamically and then static tested to secure stable running;
● The gap between diecutter cylinder and anvil cylinder is set electrically;
● Anvil cylinder mechanic stretch and lateral movement are ±20mm and overload protector is also fixed;
● It is installed with imported Urethan cushion for easy and economic change;
● Anvil cushion can be recovered twice to prolong its service life and reduce costs;
● Mechanical compensation system is able to offset ±2mm amount.
8.Stacker (1 unit)
● Blank taking arm has auto or manual modes;
● Blank taking arm transmission belt speed is control with frequency converter and can be set separately without limit of belt length for easy, flexible and quick adjustments;
● Stacker bed elevation available with strong chain transmission to facilitate lifting and lateral shifting smoothly;
● 1600mm stacking height and the stacker bed equipped with lock safety device;
● The bed elevation motor fixed with a brake to make it at a fixed position without dropping;
● Blank taking baffle;
● Pneumatic operated blank support plate and its stacking height controlled with photocell;
● The back-baffle can be set manually according to blank length;
● The surface-grained belt of fine friction to prevent blank from gliding.
9.Stripper
Installed with lateral conveyer, its wide conveyor belt driven by special motor moves the scraps cut from diecutter out of the unit automatically.

● Overall machine has 22 servo motors, drivers and special reducer from Mitsubishi Japan are installed in the machine.
● Bearings -- 95% bearings are brands of THK、NSK、NTN purchased from Japan.

● Contactors and air switches are Scheider products;
● Feeder is equipped with Rexroth servo motor from Germany;
● PLC and touch screen are made from Mitsubishi Japan;
● Japanese rotary encoders;
● Main transmission gears made of quality steel alloy, treated with carburizing/quenching, then ground is of high accurate transmission, durability, abrasion proof and stable running;
● Enclosed splashing oiling system is employed to secure high transmission and longer service life;
● Machine side panels made with 60mm cast iron are machined with machining center after well tempered and machined to guarantee its top accuracy.
